This is a review for the restaurant, the very bets around: Amazing quality. From the excellent paté to the best tarte à la tome around, everything is made in-house. Trouts are fished from the holding pond in the morning, so always fresh. I have strong misgivings about restaurants of the region in general, and a lot of meh experiences, so I hesitated to visit that one, but I was blown away. I liked it so much I came back the following week with my parents. Excellent travail, continuez!
